Stolen Mk1 Escort YVJ 548K
Please find attached some recent pictures of a vehicle that I reported as stolen on 4th Feb. Mk1 Escort YVJ 548K The car was removed from garage P, Blandford Court, Corby over the w/end of 31st Jan/1st Feb. The vehicle was seen being removed by one of the neighbours who thought it was me. The car was next seen on Beanfield Avenue, Corby around lunchtime, 3rd Feb, being towed on a four wheel car trailer by a black Peugeot 406 heading towards Cottingham Road. I then received a call from someone who spotted the car being towed North on the M6 near Jct33 between 11.00am and 12.00pm on the 4th of Feb. He didn't realise he was looking at my stolen vehicle until he read a post on the internet about the theft of the vehicle. The car was on a trailer uncovered with the registration plates exposed. Surely it must have been spotted by the network of cameras on the M6 either at services or on the road itself? Any help is greatly appreciated. The theft has been reported to Corby police.
