| This years event incorporates the Chris Kelly Memorial Rally so there will be two separate rallies. Both the Manx National and Chris Kelly will run over 1.5 days and 130 miles over 16 special stages. Friday will see scrutineering during the day and crews will also have the opportunity to use the shakedown stage in the afternoon. The first stage will start just after 1730 (Fr 11) with a some stages run in darkness. Saturday (12) will see the first cars leave Douglas just after 0845 giving a total stage mileage of 130.
